Hi I have a 180g FOWLR w/ Live rock w. a bare bottom ( no sand ) . A little over stocked but no issues, except I continue to get brown algae growing on my live rock, and only on my rock. Very little on the glass.

I have a oversized Reef Octopus 50000sss and am running HydroCarbon in once reactor and Warner Marine Biopellets in another. I also dose w/ 2 part and Purple up

Can I add another reactor and fill it w/ Phosban ? , without any negative results. Will this help getting rid of the brown algae.

If there is detectable phos, then yes a phos reactor will help. Bio pellets really only work with No3 anyways IME.
