Changed my rock work and now I noticed this thing the other day, it's throwing out a good 3" long tentacle(s) all though the center is only 1/4" maybe
any clues?

Looks like a Bristle Cage Worm, a harmless filter feeder.

I pulled what appeared to be a bristle worm, from the rock before placing it in the tank. Wonder if it was the cage worm too...

spaghetti or hair worm. usually from caribbean live rock.
