Ordered one over Black Friday holiday but just got an email that they are out of stock and new ones wont be available until January. Does anyone know about any stores out there that still have them in stock?

Thanks!

try checking saltwater aquarium, they are a forum sponsor. Mine should arrive from them tomorrow, ordered over the weekend.

well its all just my opinion. i bought it because i wanted to feed multiple times a day.. but witht the food they provided... it dumps about 40 pellets on the 2nd to lowest setting. then when you put it on the lowest setting, it drops 1 pellet maybe. i have a 60 gallon tank so im not looking to feed 40 pellets to 6 fish.. lol

Interesting, you would think there would be a middle ground in there somewhere. I do have a 150g though but not many fish yet. Where are you located and how much cheaper? I would need it before Wednesday for it to make any sense.

The AFS was tested quite a bit with our Crossover Diet pellets.

At the lowest setting it will generally feed about 2 to 5 pellets of food per rotation.

At the 2nd setting, it will generally feed around 12-20 per rotation.

The key to success is to simply have it do more rotations at the lower setting to get the right multiple that puts out how much you want to feed.

on the second setting i counted all the pellets it dropped after 4 turns and the lowest amount of pellets it dropped was 36...

I ordered two yesterday and they shipped yesterday. The owner stocked up on them as he know they'd be in demand. I was surprised that he had other things like filters that BRS was out of stock on. He is a good guy also!
