Lighting suggestions for 125 DT and 55gal QT

I am going to be setting up a 125gal soon with 75gal sump. I have a 55gal that I am not using so why not use it as my QT. I am looking for lighting suggestions that wont break the bank.

I found an inexpensive 48" pc light here locally for the QT.

Would an older 72" PC light allow me to grow corals in the 125? Not looking to grow SPS. It currently has 2 - 10k and 2-antic bulbs.

How much of a difference is PC vs T5?

I was looking at reefbreeders LED setups. anyone have any suggestions? Do you think I could get away with 2 of the "value LED fixtures" or maybe 1 of the "Reefbreeders Photon 48"?
