My colt coral seems to be popping off branches like crazy, pic inside (help)

Ok, so I have these little branches of colt coral (at least I think it is) all over my tank...is this a spawn from seeds or branches falling off my coral? They are all OVER the place...not sure if it's something else or not.

Looks like a kenya tree IMO. Eithers its not happy where its at and its dropping them in hopes to relocate them. Or its just growing and splitting to "reproduce".

That coral is a soft coral weed, like Pocillopora is in SPS.
