Kind of blury to tell personally but maybe it's beginning to shed its skin?

Not blurry, It looks feathery like the photo. Do you need more detail of the polyps or the body?

My guess would be a Kenya tree but far from certain.

my guess would be a carnation coral...believe the tech term is dendronepthea..

When handling the coral it feels rigid like an SPS. Its not fleshy at all so I doubt its capnella/ kenya tree. Still not sure what it is.......

looks sort of like a bleached carnation coral. It looks like a carnation for sure. And that means it needs to be fed.
