Bubble Magus NAC3 pump problems

My power went out during an ice storm the past few days. The power has since come back on but my skimmer did not. I took the skimmer out, tried to break the pump down and clean it, still nothing. I have been reading about people having to replace the pumps in there NAC3 multiple times. I'm not trying to buy 3 Atman ph1100s a year seeing as how ive been running this pump about 4 months. Can anyone suggest a different replacement pump for my skimmer?

I know Bubble Magus sells a replacement pump kit for the nac6a. It's like 90.00. It includes a new pump, bubble plate and right around the inside of the body with holes in it for water exiting the body. I know ITS NOT A ATMAN PUMP.
