Trouble With the Ecosmart live App on Iphone

When i Try to log into Ecosmart on my Iphone it tells my to add radions but i can access just fine from my laptop what am i missing

yep works great just not with iphone

Have you tried uni-stalling the App and re-installing it? The combination of that and powering cycling the ReefLink should correct the issue!
