hello new york. I am from new york also. from what I can see in your pics it may be apistasia or maybe some sort of worm

If your referring to the small white dots, those are spirorbid worms. (harmless filter feeders) Those other things in the V of the skeleton look kind of like spionid worms.

I meant the dark red(?) bubble looking thing. Sorry for the poor pictures.

Vermetid snail perhaps? Is it hard or soft to the touch?

The redish spots are rather hard to the touch. I knocked the coral out of it's spot when touching so I got a few closer pictures.
I think it might be red bubble algae?

The red spot on the top looks like red bubble algae. You can just rip this from the skeleton. The red spot on the bottom is a vermetid snail. (see link above)
