Hi everyone,
I have a Lyretail Anthia that I added to my DT approximately 3 weeks ago after an 8 week QT. One of the anthias seemed to have bumped into something which caused a white 'pimple' like dot to appear which has since "popped" so to speak. However, the next day I noticed a decent amount of "white" right where dorsal fin meets the body of the fish (I'll attach a pic). After a week of observing I really have not noticed much of a difference. From the picture below, does it look like a "sore" spot that has developed into a bacterial infection? I have some Mardel Maracyn Plus in my QT room. Would this be ideal (of course I'd have to catch the fish and place her in my QT first) or would I be better off purchasing something like Maracyn 2 or should I wait it out a little longer to see if the fish can heal on its own? Catching the fish is going to be interesting lol.

Thanks!

One thing to point out. The portion I circled in the picture above is indeed white and not an off white/gray like shown.
