LED sizing opinions

I have a 90 gallon aquarium that is 48" wide. Is there any benefit of going with two smaller fixtures vs 1larger one. I like the reefbreeders LEDs and want to decide between just going with the photon 48 or two photon 24's.

What are your thoughts and why?

Two 24" will be 658.00 vrs one 48 at 499.00 with the same amount of total led's. However that being said with two fixtures you can move them around a bit and if one goes out one light is better then none until you can get the other fixed. My vote would be for one...

I would go for the single 48" Photon - simpler to hang, and only the one timer to program, plus it is less $$$, but I also keep backup equipment like lights and pumps around, so your needs may vary... :)
