By dosing 2-part I have my DKH steady at 9. My Ca is also steady, but at 380. pH is stable at 8.3.

How do I raise just the Ca to 440 without screwing anything else up?

Just dose the Ca part. Use this calculator (http://reef.diesyst.com/flashcalc/flashcalc.html), fill in the blanks and select whatever two part you are using from the calcium section to get your dose.

So I can increase part 2 to, say, 7ml/day, keeping part 1 @ 5ml, without ill effect? Rather than dumping in a single, bigger dose. Concerned both about shocking the system, as well as have my pH go haywire and end up with a totally different problem. Mg is only 1100 too. I have a test, but no additive.

What salt mix are you using? What is your SG? What are you using to test it with? If it's a swing army type hydrometer, you may be getting bad readings. I would suggest a decent refractometer (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+4345+4690+9957&pcatid=9957), along with some 35ppt calibration solution (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=18717&rel=1). Get your SG to 1.026, and retest everything. What are you using to test your Ca, Mg and Alk with?
You'll be fine just dosing the Ca part, just keep it under 50 ppm per day. Are you using any pH buffers?
