View Full Version : Mitras mounting direction?

I have 2 units going over a 48"x24" tank. For proper coverage, should I mount them with the control panels facing the front or the sides of the tank? (long way vs. short way) Does it matter?
Love these units BTW!

It doesn't matter on "that" tank very much.I'd mount them like this = = to help minimize light spill rather than like this || ||

Either way you're going to be able to grow ANYTHING you want ANYWHERE in that tank. Can't wait to see some pictures. Be sure to take BEFORE and AFTER :)
