radion connection help

my radion won't connect with my mac thru usb or anything for that matter, connected fine last night but not now, i reinstalled the connection manager 3 times still nothing, i can't change anything on the fixture because i have my buttons disabled, any 1 have a clue whats up

Disconnect USB, power lamp off, wait 30 secs, meanwhile re boot mac, plug in USB, launch connection manger, connect to echo tech live :)

turns out my usb cable is bad, i barrowed a cable from a friend of mine that goes to his camera and it connected without any problems, is the usb cable covered under the warranty?
