Finnex Titanium Digital Control High pitch Sound?

I have a new Finnex titanium Digital Control 150W, and it is emitting a very high pitch squeel? Tank is new startup, water is cold 50 degrees, target temp set to 76. What is this high pitch sound?

I believe that the controller is telling you that you are off temp and something is wrong, the water should not be 50 degrees.

Is the temp probe in the water where the heater is?
