not trying to flame but these guys are pretty stingy. place an order to take advantage of their xmas sale item was showing in stock at the time. charged my card and then sends me a note saying item is out of stock. Ok waited for 2 weeks saying item will be back in stock by than. still no go. now i missed all the sales on competitors sites which has better stock tracking ability than these guys. should offer a little discount for holding out this long. should not have order this item from them and went to a competitors that really have better customer service. before anyone says anything remember they charged my card before item was shipped out so now i have to pay the bill or cancel my order really bad customer service

Please email me your order number. I will look into this and see what needs to be done to get fixed for you.

According to notes on your account you instructed us on Dec. 26th to keep this order pending and notify you as soon as we receive the product.
Unfortunately with Paypal we have no way to control when your account is charged.
We usually do not like to keep back orders for this very reason.
