175 watt 15000K MH- Worth it??

I did a search and came across these bulbs. Is this worth it?? Seems to good to be true and usually it is.

Give it a shot, you never know - $25 is cheap.

People thought the Plusrite bulbs were too good to be try too, but they work well from what I hear.
