Reef Fusion problems

I recently got a new bottle of Reef Fusion Alk and I think it froze when it was shipped. It looks like slushy ice in the bottle. I'm assuming it's just crystals of the alk solution. I have kept it inside and that helped some. I sat it in a container of hot water and that helped a lot but still has the crystals in it. Any ideas on what I can do to get it to return to liquid form?

fill the kitchen sink up with hot water and keep doing it until it thaws out

Just keep heating and shaking. It will eventually redissolve. You may be left with a little bit that won't be too bad. It lowers the potency but the amount will be very small unless there's just a ton left.
