For anyone that has experienced any overheating issues in this tank, I would like to know how you tended to the problem I am having.Thank You.

are you sure the cooling fan is working?

i had some problems this past summer when my a/c wasn't keeping up with the unGodly hot temps so i put a little table fan right next to the tank and turned it on high. it helped keep the tank below 80*.

In the summer my Bc29 HQI can easily get 85-89... but I don't have air conditioning. I take off the glass lid and add a fan connected to a controller. The fan really helps. The evaporation goes up.

I used to have a 1/15 chiller for mine when I was in a 2nd floor appartment. I used a eheim 1250 to run it. It worked, but I think a 1/10hp chiller would of been better.
