i bought a small mushroom yesterday, but it don't want to fully open. My lights are already on for 5 hours now.
My water parameters are stable and good.

Give it some time. Also mushroom prefer to be in shaded areas initially, you can move them out afterwards. Shrinking could be a sign of pooping or too much light, I believe this is the latter. If you could flip the rock around so the mushroom is near the cave. You can move it out slightly after a few days slowly
Personally I prefer to give them very little light initially since they move afterwards if they need more.

ok i will try to move him to another place where the light is lesser. How long will it take the mushroom to fully open?

What lighting do you have and what exactly are your water parameters? "Stable and Good" doesn't give us much to go on. :)

It can take up to 2 weeks for them to fully open up. Be patient and let him get used to things and he will start to open a little at a time.
