I have two emerald crabs in my 60g, and I've never seen them interact until today. Then all of a sudden I looked into the tank and the larger one had mounted the smaller one in a missionary position and was humping it. Now they are hanging out in the same section of liverock. I'm wondering if it would be possible to have baby emerald crabs survivor in a mixed reef tank?

No, fry would be destroyed by predators and filteration. In a seperate tank specialized for fry, then yes.

It is possible, but unlikely. My decorator crabs managed to have one baby survive.

But for the most part they aren't likely to have many if any survive.
