You probably won't see feeders on the acans. They are usually only out at night

The white spots look sort of like zoa pox

The acans look ok. And you can actually see the feeders the small white tentacles between the fleshy polyp and the centers.

what is zoa pox?

red clay

It starts with the formation of small yellowish/white marks on the outside stalks of Zoanthids. Eventually the polyps begin to close up and get covered with this 'Pox'. Finally, the afflicted polyps begin to recede and eventually die.

Entire colonies can be consumed by this affliction and the process can happen quickly on small colonies or can drag out for months on larger ones.

I bought Lord Acans that look like yours on Sunday, and when I fed the Fish last night the tentacles came out so fed the Acans also, was awesome...

Just thought I would share since someone said the tentacles only come out at night to feed. Mind you the tentacles were out at night also...

I saw the tentacles come out of the brain maze coral at about 6pm that was pretty cool. What should I feed the acan and brain maze? Reef snow and baby brine shrimp? What about frozen cyclopeeze

I am getting worried about the Yuma mushrooms there was 2 on the rock. 1 shriveled up and turned white you can barely see it in the picture. The other one is starting to do the same thing as well.

what lighting are they under?

Your favia and acan look fine. the zoas do not look all that great. I would lean against zoa pox since white speckles near the top of a closed polyp is a normal color trait. If they were more like lumps on the stalk that is zoa pox. IME when they don't fully open or they have kind of a mushroom top look like a couple of yours do its a bad sign. I usually dip in iodine and that seems to help.

I have 3 par 38 bulbs. All 3 are 36watts. All full spectrum.
Yah the Zoa's are not doing well at all. They were like that when I got them. I contacted reefs2go.com and I'm just waiting on a reply back.

I spot feed everything in my tank, even when the tentacles around out, i turn off the pumps and lay a piece of brine or mysis on them, my maze, favia, and acans all eat when food is on them, also can try coral frenzy or something like that, they always eat for me, i even spot feed my ricorea. i'm not sure why it's shriveling, i had one go on my when i had a 6 degree swing in my tank, but a piece of food couldn't hurt to try.

I don't know whats going on with my ricordeas. They have shriveled up and started turning white. I moved them into a shaded spot.
