No snow yet.... Should I be worried? Or just let it be?

Depends on how concentrated your calcium supplement was and how large your tank is.
I would do check calcium levels. If they don't seem stupidly high, like over 500ppm, and your stock isn't overly angry I would just stop dosing and let water changes lower it back to normal.
If the levels are too high I would do a water change but careful not to shock (or re-shock) any of your stock.

Depends on level of Magnesium as well. What do tests for Ca and Mg show?

Ok, 65 gal with 20 gal sump. Tested cal and it was at 550. Only had a chance to do a 10 gal water change. Had to go to work.

That's not too awful.
I ODed Alk about a month ago. Tank was white as a ghost, pH was in the upper 8s. All was back to normal within a couple days.
If you start seeing precipitation, run a filter sock, and clean your pumps with vinegar after it clears.
I'd probably increase WCs a little bit until your Ca levels are back to where they should be.

What are your plans for ensuring it does not happen again?

Not really what I can do to prevent it except what what buttons I hit on my apex iPhone app... acceditanly turned it on when I turned my reactors which button was right above the calcium pump. I really don't know how to create a fall back... Like... If reactor is on more than 20 min then off
