Since these corals live in complete darkness I guess this will just kill the MH LED debates.Now get ready for the how to create total darkness debate.

Luckily my advanced LEDs have a mode called "off" that will work perfectly.

May negatively affect enjoyment of tank but worth it for growth.

led's turned off are not as good at growing total darkness corals as the superior turned off metal halide.. as everyone knows, turned off metal halide is better at replicating the sun when the sun is turned off.. it reaches a much more broad spectrum of darkness.. turned off t5's are okay, but that afterglow really doesn't provide enough darkness..

Mine too. It's called going back to T5. :)
