Starting a 20 gallon long and I was wondering what LPS should I start with? I dont wanna buy an elegance coral just to have it die in a week

I think candy canes are pretty hardy. My clown decided to host in it which was weird.

i started with a duncan as my first coral in the beginning....i was extremely new to the hobby and she never opened up util 3 months later once i learned all the ins and outs about water parameters and lighting...they're extremely hardy i don't know how she was still alive IMO and almost 2 years later my duncan is the first to tell me when something is a little off in the tank... i have all the corals mentioned above but duncan's grow extremely fast when spot fed... it's really cool to watch then eat there very animated and you can easily grow a new head in a week and half and IMO look awesome when they get multiple heads fanning out!
Started with a Trumpet. Frogspawn, hammer and torch all are pretty easy.
Duncans are a great starter Lps
