Thinking i should run some gfo to reduce algae on my tanks glass. Only problem is, is what reactor would be good and I'm not sure how to plumb it to my return line and if i need to upgrade my pump or not. Tank is closing in on 2 months and I am debating whether or not my tank will benefit from running gfo, and if i need to. Last i checked my ph was at zero but algae is visible but nothing to crazy. Thanks for any input!!

Do you have room for one of the innovative marine reactors? I have not seen much on them, but this could be a good choice for you.

Are you sure your pH is zero?

It is normal to have algae increase and then leave as part of a tank maturing especially during the first year.

I have a very small space in my return section, with my ato its roughly 4x4 inches of space. Ive never looked into the innovative reactors, ill have to look them up. I tested it once not to long ago and it showed zero, using the sailfert test kit. Its possible i may have made a mistake. I will double check again.

I assume that by Ph you are meaning Phosphates and not actual PH correct?

Since you like the cadlights skimmer they have reactors too on their page.
