I'll be transferring my 37 bow tank to a 120 gallon. Some of my zoas and Rock have bryopsis. Is there anything I should do before making the transfer or can I just hand pluck it and put it in?

Any advice in general for the transfer?

Remove the rocks with byropsis and don't put them in the new tank in my opinion. Start with dry rock plus the live rock pieces from your current tank that don't have any algae on them.

I having the same issue.

I am starting up a 150g and wanted to jump start by using water and some sand from my 90g. The only problem is that the 90g is completely taken over by Bryopsis. I am not going to use any of the live rock, But I wanted to use about 50 gallons of water and scoops of sand and do not want to transfer the bryopsis outbreak. What can I do?
