Picked up a skimmer for a song at a garage sale but...

Went to a garage sale in my neighborhood on a walk today and ran across this reef octopus skimmer. they wanted 8 bucks for it, but talked him down to 3 bucks!

There is no model # and no pump, but for 3 bucks I couldn't pass it up. Can anyone tell me the model # based on the pic so i can look up an instruction manual and see the pump size needed?

any help greatly appreciated!
