LED upgrade JBJ 28g nano

Hi All,

New to this and wanted some help if possible.

I have just started out with a 28g jbj nano tank and I wanted to upgrade the lights to LED, is this possible?

Not sure what the best options are and what sort of LED lights I would need!

You can always purchase the LED Lid from JBJ but pretty expensive. I never really found a good retro kit for my quad 28 as you can with Oceanic BC 29. But Rapid LED has one for HQI 28 JBJ hood.

Then there are those who gut and cut and replace w/ Panaramic Pro LEDs

Im looking to do the same thing. I was going to go with the rapid led kit with the controller they sell.

got me ecotech radion last week for my 29 gal biocube.... should be interesting how it works out :-) so far my zoas are looking great :-D
