So I found some on Newark, and a few on AC-RC...but for those who know, I'm wondering if you can guide me in the right direction. I want to start making my own little clusters to supplement, and I know I can save a lot if I assemble them myself.

So basically, where can I find the XT-E, XP-E series of cree emitters...and just the emitters? Also, when I find a site that lists like 20 different emitters with the same part number...how do I know which one is the "best" based on top bin codes? Like whats the format?

Also, are there any decent sources for getting just the emitters with silicone beading for leds that range from 410-430nm?

Have you tried the usual electronics pages (Digikey, Mouser, Newark, Jameco)?

No problem. Most of those places are decent on the phone too.

so I guess everything is easy to find except 430nm SMT emitters. Is there no US Based company that makes these?
