I have a 90g, 4' tank with:
mate pair of clowns
Kole Tang
Green Dragonet
fuji damsel
and a 3" bastard Bartlett Anthias who is bullying the crap out of my new 2" yellow fin fairy wrasse.

I haven't added a new fish for almost a year so this new guy is quite a shocker for everyone. The wrasse is showing major signs of stress and its tail and fins are bussed up.

I have a 40g refugium, should i throw the bastard in there for a week and then see if he's calmed down?

If you can catch him, yes. Bartlett's are very aggressive IME.

The Bartlett's is showing aggression to another planktivore. He is viewing the wrasse as competition and a threat to his food source. Adding more Bartlett's may help as they will draw some of his attention as well.

will putting the anthias in the refugium for a week actually his bully personality?
