My Koran, who I have had in my 175 for about a month or so, had some brown patches on starting a week ago. He still eats like a monster, but today noticed one of his eyes, not both, is cloudy and appears to be inflamed or larger than the other.

I think this could be a secondary infection from scratching overflow box, sand etc.

has anyone dealt with this? I am in day two of cupramine, I am thinking to use prazi afterwards or during cupramine?

willing to listen, please let me know what you think

What are you trying to treat with Cupramine? Brown patches don't indicate infection from cryptocaryon (ich) or amyloodinium (velvet), both of which are treated with copper-based medications. Cloudy eyes could be a bacterial infection or flukes.

Pictures would be helpful if you can post them.

1 tsp espom salt to 5 gallons of water will help the swelling. If the eye is cloudy it could be bacterial infection. Furan-2 will need to be used if so, in a separate tank.
