Is this green chromis just stressed or is it time to put him in QT?

Sorry. The fish is not belly up. I took with my phone and didn't know it would show up this way. The fish is vertical.

All fish should be quarantined before going into the display tank.

A chromis requires pretty well a 50 gallon tank. The smaller the tank the more nervous and it can make for some odd behavior. Yes, qt everything. But also you didn't mention tank size.

The tank is a 50G. I had completed a 20% water change on Sunday and wasn't quite sure if the chromis was stressed from that event or had something else going on. I monitored the fish closely yesterday and his behavior improved, was eating, but the fish didn't leave the corner of the tank.

This morning when I got up I found my diamond goby jumped out of the tank last night. Ironically enough, now the chromis is acting fine. I can only assume there were some personality issues between the two? I haven't read anywhere that they cannot be kept together.
