I just bought a coral cat shark hes eating fine water parameters are perfect hes in my reef tank and hes about 6 inches big but i think he has vision problems cause he bumps into everything both of his eyes Calaisy, like gray silver looking..

Do they have eye lids last night i saw his eyes and they looked perfect

Are you sure there is an eye problem? Catsharks will navigate a little differently than people assume about sharks. They also have eyes developed to reflected and magnify light - they are nocturnal hunters and see better at night than they do in the daytime. I would guess what you are seeing is the normal eye.
They lack the nictating membrane (eyelid) that some sharks have.
