Hello everyone, I was wondering what everyone recommends for sump thickness. Some people say 1/4 '', some say 1/2''. Some say it depends on width of sump...

Depends on the height and width. Google GARF tank builder. It has a calculator that is a good resource and will give a suggested thickness for whatever height you want. Thicker is obviously better if you can afford it.
