Hydor Koralia for 40 Breeder

Hey guys I'm gonna be starting up a 40 breeder mix reef and was wondering what a good combination and size koralia would you use for an sps and lps system?

600 would be the minimum.........but they are big. Their Nano series are very overrated for flow, and in that tank wouldn't be nearly enough unless you used like 4-5 of them.

Check out the Jebao WP10 or WP25........probably your best bet.

+1 with the jebao wp10 or 25. I ran korallias for years and got sick of their size and tendency to run backwards. Now I have a jebao wp25 in my 50 breeder and love it.

I'd say two 750's. I've had hydirs for years with no issues. The only advantage to doing a WP25 is the controllability you get out of it. Other than that Hydors are Quieter and seemingly better built from my experience with both.

I'm using one WP-25 on my 40B. I think down the road I'll add a WP-10 to just add a little more random flow. I don't appear to have any deadspots though with just the one. I have minimal rockwork though.

nice i was also going to get a Jebao for my 40breeder. i'll probable end up going 2x WP10 let me know how you like it :thumbsup:

I will certainly keep you guys posted when I set the tank up the reason I went with 1x 25 model is I have a koralia 425 I'm gonna use with it
