Looking at DSA Rimless or Pro 105 and

For you that have the DSA 105 Pro or Rimless what are your opinions on the overflow size? Is it too intrusive with the aqua scaping? Can the tank be ordered without the overflow and something like the ghost be used? I know the back wall can drilled on the rimmed tank but would drilling and installing something like the ghost on the rimless compromise the integrity in anyway in your opinion? Or would it be better to leave it alone and not drill at all using the standard overflow because of warranty etc.?
