Foster and Smith didn't ship the 10 Aiptasia eating Peppermint shrimp I was expecting today (any one ever get a shipment with no prior notice that the only thing you really needed was out of stock?) so at the price I was paying for them I could buy one of these miracle tools. Anyone want to confess they have one and does it work?:deadhorse1: Bubba Shirl

Yes, the majano wand I have will kill the individual majano/aptasia. Will it eradicate them? No, since I cannot get to all of them. Is it fun to see the individual majano/aptasia retract, only to be converted to bubbly white dead tissue that my tangs seem to love eating? You betcha!
are peppermint shrimp too expensive at your LFS? I mean I know places like reefs2 and live have them for a cpl bucks, but I paid 6 each for my 2 and they were big and healthy and killed the few aptasia I had in the first night.
Then again some LFS here chagre 15ea for them.

I purchased 5 three weeks ago from LFS and no luck can't find them but the aiptasia is alive and well. I ordered 10 from Foster & Smith last Thursday for $11.99 each and everything arrived but the Peppermint Shrimp and FS didn't notify me that they were not available, they were the only items in the order that I really needed. So for $119.90 plus shipping I can buy this wonder wand, if it really works.

and, Reefs2 are totally unreliable. Several years ago I used them a lot but now I don't even read their ads. Just read several bad reports on RC about pods...bad business and now Foster and Smith seems to be going down hill too.

My matted filefish just went into the dt, after a month in qt. it devoured every aiptasia covered rock that I put in the qt, and has started clearing the dt. While not very pretty, it is an interesting fish.
