It's tough to see from the photo, but looks like maybe a small torch.

No. Low to moderate should be fine. Just be sure to give it a wide birth though. They don't call these torch corals for nothing. They'll burn stuff up... GL.

Thanks. Maybe I will put it in my 55 which is just FOWLR so it doesn't do any damage in my 75
