hmmmm do they retract? just might be some button polyps or brown zoa's

I looked at them during the day and at night and they appear to be open either way.

Yes , aptasia kill them with kaulk paste.

They don't look exactly like aptasia to me but even if they're brown polyps I would get rid of them anyway, not exactly the most aesthetic coral around
