Aquacontroller Display Module Death

Dear friends, a few days ago coming from my job i found the apex display completely death, (black screen) i made twice the system reboot but nothing happens, do you know any test or repair that i could do? id bought in Amazon April 3 so im still in warranty

Warranty repairs are handled by Neptune; you will need to contact them.

Are you still able to connect to the Apex using a computer through the built-in website?
