ive hit 10 months since my reef was established, all my emerald crabs are gone, but somehow ive gained 2 new crabs and I haven't put in any new live rock in 9 months, the first one has seemed to be harmless as I watch him day and night just scrap coralline algae, and I first saw him about 3-4 months ago but the 2nd one is little and im not sure what species. it just popped up today. its very fast. only thing new withint the last month or so, 1 rbta nem, 2 types of ricordea, 1 squamosa clam, bunch of different zoas

It looks like an emerald crab with white claws.

Hitched with the zoas probably. That is a weird crab.. Looks like a hybrid of an acro crab and emerald crab mixed..

There is one Xanthid species tho that looks alot like it.. Xanthids are very bad and dangerous to other livestock and reefs, sump him. http://www.chucksaddiction.com/hitchcrabs.html

To me it looks like a recently molted gorilla crab...
