Acclimating pink birds nest

Need some tips for acclimating my pink birds nest. I have a 120, with 2 Kessil A360WE mounted 4" from water surface and placed the coral about 15". Kessils are set to about 80% 8 hours and 18K. What things should I look for when acclimating them to the light? Should I increase or decrease the photo period and or intensity? How long do I need to acclimate and when do I increase intensity? I ideally want the coral up higher and lights to 100%. What indicators do I look for when light acclimating?
