Silly lighting question

On top of my 29g mixed reef..mostly LPS and softies, just started dabbling with a couple SPS frags...I've got a 4bulb T5HO fixture with all ATIs

Coral+
Blue+
Coral+

My fixture allows me to just run the blues..which I have come on at 10a. Then all 4 bulbs which run from 12p-6p. Then from 6p-9p I run just the blues..my two questions are...

1. Is my light cycle okay?

2. Is there ever a need/should I run just the two coral +(whiter) bulbs? Or is that option on the fixture not really of any value growth wise?

If your corals are happy then stick with what you have

Ati blue+ bulbs have a high par for a blue bulb. You are good to go.

Awesome, yeah I bumped up an hour so my 4 bulbs run for 7 now instead of 6..
