marine velvet or itch

I have a 4 ft fish only with artificial rock tank
Fish powder blue 1
Regal tang 1
Fox face 1
Yellow tang 1
Velvet damsel 1
Blue damsel 1
Juvnile emperor 1
Sump 3 ft
Currently my powder blue n emperor got white spot like on their body n fins but all fishes eating properly n swimming good.. pls tell wat problem they may have its itch or velvet

If it looks like a powdery coating it is MV and if it is larger white spots it is Ick. Does not matter you can treat the same with copper and both are deadly. Good luck in catching your fish to treat in hospital tank.
