2 fish dead in 2 weeks.

First my false Percula commited suicide and jumped out of the tank. Now my yellow tail damsel just died an hour ago.

Gonna test the water today. Do a water change if I have time also. The other fish look fine (scopas tang, 6 line wrasse and lawnmower blenny). Also all my corals look good as well.

I did have a carpet anemone for 3 days before I returned it. Maybe got stung and escaped but is feeling the effects now?

we need more info... any sign of a disease? How long do you have them?
6 line is a known bully. He could harass your damsels (including clown).

The damsel and wrasse get into it alot. The wrasse used to take more of the abuse. No signs of disease either. I was looking at his body and he looked normal. He's actually not dead after I tried grabbing him. But he doesnt want to really move much.

Lawnmower blenny missing a few days after a new aquascape. Also a juvenil5 Blue hippo tang jist passed away afyer 4days. She was doing so good and eating well. Seen her swimming around and then 1hr later she's dead.

Chromis, wrasse and small scopas tang as well as a dozen corals look very very healthy.
