Alright so I finished the stand, I'm pretty excited and not to toot my own horn but I think it came out decent. I'll be painting it thursday as I work tomorrow. However I don't know what to do about my 30 gallon that's bottom drilled.

This is how it goes, I have a 55 gallon (free) a 30 gallon breeder (picked up for 50 on cl. and a reefmaster sump and refugium, sump goes on the bottom (duh) The 30b goes on the middle shelf. And it's actually a 90 gallon stand (48x18) so when I go to upgrade later, bam all i'll do do is upgrade the sump everything else will be find.

HOWEVER! The 30 gallon tank is drilled in the bottom corner, i'll do the return on the opposite side, I bought a 1" bulkhead, how the balls to I attach the pipe. Do I use PVC cement or what? It's only going to be a stand pipe overflow, then directly after the bulkhead i'll have a 1" flex hose take it maybe a 1'-2' to the sump's inlet.

I have a mag 9 on the way I'll split it into 2 lines with ball valves controlling the flow and it will return the water to the 30 gallon breeder, and the 55 gallon display.

Any help would be much appreciated!
