Cleaner Shrimp pestering BTA

I got a BTA a week ago and it has chosen a home as seems to be doing well. He is spread out and has nice bubbles on all his tenticles and has eaten a small piece of frozen mysis last night for me. My two clowns have not gone into the nem yet, they just sit & look at it, but my cleaner shrimp is over by the nem all the time! When the shrimp touches the nem, the nem closes right up until the shrimp leaves, then opens back up. I guess the shrimp can't take a hint that the nem doesn't like it.
I was just wondering if this is normal behavior for a cleaner shrimp, it is almost like he is trying to get the BTA to host him.

Its looking for stuff to eat. My shrimp always messed with my bta and now one messes with my mag. He won't hurt it but he may steal food from it. Try giving the shrimp a few pieces of food directly to him to keep him full and see if he leaves it alone.
