I don't think those fishes are eels "proper"...they may be blennies or gobies of some type, but that's just a guess based on the morphology of the specimens.

Garden eels? They don't look happy in that little critter cage.

Looks like a convict blenny/engineer goby but the coloring is wrong (they are usually yellow with black markings)

I think they are snake blennies (Xiphasia setifer).
Not something to consider for a community tank, but rather a species only tank with the species in mind. From what I have seen/heard about them, care would be similar to that of a giant garden eel.

Ding, ding, we have a winner. Xiphasia setifer it is. I tried to photograph one in Indonesia.
