I ordered on 3\20 and still have not received the equipment I purchased. I called and emailed. I would Like to know whats going on.

You've been contacted on this as recently as yesterday with the response from the manufacturer on your order. He told us it would be finished with testing by Wednesday and a tracking number will be sent out immediately once we receive it.

I am also waiting on an order. After emailing several times and placing phone calls...no response. I have to say so far I disappointed with their customer service.

Absolutely! I have the last piece of your order as the Neptune kit. Neptune moved our ship date from the 8th to the 15th as of yesterday afternoon. So if that time line sticks with Neptune, then we would have it here ready to ship to you on/around the 21st.

Correct me if in wrong, but didn't order status show backorder when you order, or some items not currently available in the quantities you selected.

akindbro4u, I'm not sure what you are asking :) Are you asking if it showed it before they ordered or are you asking if it should have had that posted?

We try hard to make sure those designations are correct, but sometimes some slip through the cracks. :)
